Transfer and account freeze

I am an employee of nationalized bank. has got a transfer to my domicile zone-Jaipur, by opting for one time transfer to ladys officer scheme in sept-2014. i was on maternity leave from Nov-2018 to may-2019 and opted for 1 year sabbatical leave ended in june-2020 as I dont have anyone to look after my newborn child. in july-2021 i was transferred to Indore Zone, as per ATE. i was unable to join there and requested a bank many times about same, as my husband owns a small business in Jaipur and there is no one to look after my 2 children. one age -8 and one age-2 years at that time. I am too suffering from arthritis, submitted my all medical records. now after some time bank debit freezed my salary account without my information and my LIC premium ECS lapsed, its great of my Uncle who informed me, and manged to got it deposit after that also. i come to know of account freezee only after i contacted bank for payement of my homeloan for FLat final installment at the time of possession and bank denied for same also, even after being having balance in my staff od account. i come to know that many ate candidates in 2021 and 2022 also, got their transferred cancelled on the basis of their high level approach. what should i do. till now i am jobless and bank is still not hearing at my plea
