After the death of tenant who will get tenancy. Legal hier ( non occupant) or permissive occupant

We have one tenentment property (MHADA) in mumbai which was on my grandmothers name.after the demise of my grandmother. My father transfer tenancy into his name. On request of my aunt ( fathers sister) my father allow to her to reside in tenent premise along with her children r and husband. Later on my father moved into jaipur for the job purpose. And settle in jaipur.. But he still used to come in said tenant premise .all the neccesities and formalities like rent repair and maintenance was done by my father till his sudden death at 2007.now that chawl is under redevelopment. And builder is agrees for giving flat after redevelopment. Rent recipt till now is in my fathers name. And all the document related to that possesion is in my father name. So As a legal hier I want to put my name in tenancy and permanent alternate accommodation agreement. But my aunt and her children oppose it and the filed suit against me. They have adhar card licence and ration card as a proof of occupant.She request me for joint ownership. But she is not trustworthy. She want to take all the possesion. after getting possesion I want to sale it and to give 50 % to them and 50 % for myself After the demise of tenant who will inheritate tenancy Legal hier or permissive occupant As they file suit against me. What should I have to do now What will be the final result of court will it come in my favour or not Should I have to do settlement by joint ownership nd risk myself for future Kindly suggest
