Request to modify transfer based on legal issues of dowry and divorce

Hello Sir, I am a female staff working as an assistant manager in a private sector bank which comes under IBA(Indian Banking Association).I am working in this bank since July 2012. Firstly I got joining in Hyderabad but after the RBI guidelines for Working women transfer policy I got the transfer to Kanpur Branch as at that time my husband was working as an advocate in Lucknow High Court Bench and my native place is also Lucknow. At that time also I requested for Lucknow. But in 2020 due to some family issues I loged FIR against my husband and his family as they are demanding for dowry. A chargesheet is issued to my husband and my case is pending under Lucknow Jurisdiction and I used to visit to Lucknow Family and Civil Court on my hearing dates on the regular intervals of 15-25 days. On October 2021 I have received mail from my HRD for transfer to Noida Branch. I represented all my legal issues in front of my higher authorities and mentioned in the mail for requesting to modify my transfer from Noida to Lucknow Branch as I am a single lady(parent) who is taking care of her 4 years old child and me and my child both are not safe in Noida due to my legal case. My mother is a patient of kidney cyst and under treatment to PGI Lucknow and not in the condition to move to Noida along with me.My parents are senior citizens. In November 2021 I received the reply regarding my request to modify my transfer to Lucknow, in that mail HRD retained me in Kanpur Branch till I will receive any further communication from HRD with the reason " due to administrative reason they are not able to accept my transfer request to Lucknow Branch" . But within next 10 days my HRD has given transfer to a male staff of same rank and position to lucknow branch without any request raised by him. The native place of that male staff is also Lucknow. So instead of the representation of a female staff my higher authority has given transfer to a male staff (non request transfer). This is done on the basis of gender discrimination. Again on 11th May 2022 I have received mail regarding transfer to Noida Branch. On the date of relieving I was on medical leave even though I was not present physically there the HR co ordinator relived me from that Brach by remote access of the system. I did not join the Noida Branch and keep on communicating to my higher authorities through mails. They started marking unauthorized absence and did not credit my salary of June22 to my account. How will I manage with my four years old child. What should I take action now?
