My company labeled me as absconding employee eventhough i implied my situation of not serve notice

Hi , Due to Medical issues, i had taken leave for 20 days continuously. And after that as per my doctors recommedation, i decided to take a break from my job and placed my resignation through my compnay website. Due to my health condition, i cant serve my notice period and requested early release and further steps to relieve without issues through mail to my HR. But even after a week and a remainder mail, my HR has not responded back to it. In the meantime, as my treatment requires my unintended focus, i had decided to focus on my treatment and left all my office calls mails unattended. Still My Manager has applied leave for me for few days. and i was in treatment. Now HR has mailed to my personal mail id that, as i had not reported to work for such days, i will be consider as absconded if i wasnot reported back to her in 24 hrs. as i was in another city for treatment, my brother has mentioned the situation and clearly stated that my intention is not absconding and trying to follow company rules for issue free early release only. i am okay to buyout the notice period also. But HR has mailed back as this was consider as absconding only and initiate resignation with last working day today. like that. but i dont want my records anywhere to implicate that i absconded from a company. Note : I had joined the company in November 2021 and placed my resignation on April 2022. i was still under probation period.
