Resignation and Last Working Date

Following is statement in my appointment letter. During the probation period, your employment may be terminated by giving notice of one month without assigning any reason whatsoever. After confirmation of your appointment at the end of your period of probation, the Company will be entitled to terminate your services by giving you 3 months’ notice in writing, or in lieu of such notice with the exception of performance related termination. In the event you desire to leave the services of the Company in probation or after confirmation of appointment, you will be required to give the Company 3 months’ notice in writing or 3 months’ salary (CTC) in lieu of such notice. If you have been assigned to a project at the time of your resignation, in spite of the notice as above, you shall not be relieved from the company unless you have trained a replacement for the project to the satisfaction of the client/company provided the Company reserves its rights to relive you at any time in spite of the notice period as above at any time at its discretion in case of your voluntary resignation. Question: I have sumitted my resignation on May10th to my company. I working for a client for the past 6 months. I am a fresher and I don't have dependencies on me and the client is ready to relieve me early. I got a mail stating that my last working date as 18th June and I should pay 2moths notice period amount and the bond amount and it also stated that this is not a resignation acceptance mail. After one day they called me and said client has declined my offer and I have to serve 3 months notice period which is not necessary as I have no dependencies. What should I do ?
