DBO correction on Indian Passport which is issued more than 5 years

My spouse currently having passport which is issued in 2013 based on SSC certificate its almost close to 10 years. Recently we came to know that her birth has been registered already at the time of born by her grand parents and its online currently and we also received that certificate from relevant state govt department when we seek for NOC certificate for DOB. Note: 1. Year and Date were same on Birth certificate and other documents (SSC cert, Passport, PAN and Aadhar etc.,) and only Month is differ its juts one month (On Birth cert is SEP but all other docs AUG) 2. Actual DOB is SEP which is on Birth Cert which we got recently when we try to get NOC of DOB 3. Due to wrong entries in the school records either by school staff or the details provided by parents (we are not sure exactly) this month differ came and its continued in all other docs like PAN, Aadhar, Passport including SSC) Based on birth certificate which is correct and made changes in Aadhar, PAN and SSC certificate. Question: We are looking to apply change in Passport now but this passport change will they accept and correct it? even if we provide all docs (Birth, corrected SSC, PAN and Aadhar) which is to make it same including passport to avoid issues in future. Appreciate if we get any update from anyone on this based on current guidelines which we have
