Need advice

i am working in govt bank. i oppose too much pressure given by authorities for unrealistic targets, late sitting, calling on holiday, too slow software, etc.1st incident rm and some other staff called my contact no. on 1st april just to know if our branch is opened that day or not? he knows on 1st april branches are usually remain closed or are closed early. even in regional office staff come late and goes early on 1st april. 2nd incident i sent some messages in whatsup group of bank questioning late scheduling of online meeting, too much pressure for business etc. even i sent msg in meeting app questioning too much pressure. 3rd my regional manager tried to insult me in online meeting asking question i have problem with business or with system. i answered with system. he immediately demanded my resignation.3rd incident next day at home i got transfer letter to sri nager. i did not go any where for 12 days. then again i was transfered to amritsar branch. sub staff gave me transfer letter of srinagar. . he is my friend too. now charges against me. he has complained against me that i miss behaved with him etc. whereas i know he is farced to write complaint against me now. he did not gave any complaint then. because i did not do miss behave with him.now that regional manager has retired, new regional manager has given me notice of charges against me, saying customer complained against me last year. whereas i know there were never any complaint against me. that customer is landloard of branch, does business of gold, is also gold assayer of branch. we call another assayer who used to work on his shop. while doing re-assaying landloard declared gold given in one loan account is fake. after-that we get it checked from two more persons they all told gold is real. now new regional manager has given me notice that landloard has complained against me. saying he and his family member whenever came to branch i always misbehaved with them. truth is i never met his family members. never i miss behaved with anyone, there were no complaint against me. because now days if customer does any complaint against bank staff. bank immediately take note of it and takes action. -*
next incident while on phone taking with regional office staff politely regional manager suddenly takes the phone and shouts at me. i immediately called to regional office on deputation. i had to leave all the work pending for verification. i was harassed there.
