Settlement of Full N Final is yet pending.

My name is Rupesh P. Kalane, resident at Charholi (Bdk.) Pune – 412105, employed with IVROOM POWER PVT LTD, registered with GSTN-27AAECI3910Q1Z8 and CIN U74999KA2017PTC099528, website: www.felidaeelectric.com @ Felidae House, Plot No. 5/2/3, Opp. Mahindra Gate No 02, Chakan MIDC, Nighoje , Pune- 410501, since May-2021 on position of Accounts Manager. The above said company have started its Block closer game as on February 6th 2022 by issuing a notice of Resignation letter & Payment of the salary of 1.5 months against resignation, most of employees from production & Purchase Department were asked to stay home and suddenly within a short period employees were forcefully asked for resignation and collect their salary for 1.5 month. We the staff members were also asked to stay home as on 31st March onwards by forwarding a whatsapp message our salary for the month Feb-22 onwards was on hold, within the period, we staff members were continuously requesting for the salary but there was no response by directors side, even we staff members were also asked for resignation one by one by the directors in a polite way , mostly employees have submitted their resignation and still awaiting till date for full N final settlement. As I didn’t have another source of income other than salary, my EMI of Housing Loan with PNHBFL & Personal Loan with Kotak Mahindra Bank has been unpaid, heavy Penalty & Interest were charged by the Banks over it. I have escalated the issue to the directors over mail and asked to go for legal action but they don't bother for the legal action, my contact number was also removed (discontinued) from whatsapp groups as on 10th April 2022, till date there is no call or information form any authorized official by company end to re-joined the services with company office, as enquired company have already started its production regularly with newly joined staff members. Among us, mostly employees are still jobless and going through Financial & mental stress, even our whole family members are affected with this unethical decision of company directors. It seems that the company no longer wants to accept our services, hence waiting for Full N Final settlement. Secondly, the Company has yet not paid the amount of Provident Fund against Establishment Id – PUPUN[deleted] in the name IVROOM POWER PVT LTD, Employer side since Dec-2021, as enquired company authority replies it will be paid shortly, due to non payment of PF we are unable to withdraw PF amount so as to get some relief from financial stress . It's my humble request to give me a solution to over come from this panic situation.
