Notice period during probation
As per appointment letter I had six months of probation period
My employment as R&D Head was full time
From clause 4 in appointment letter:
Your employment will be terminate by giving written notice of 30 days as stipulated in the separation policy or as per the changes communicated in that policy from time to time or salary in lieu thereof by either side. Since the purpose of notice period is to ensure business continuity, in the eventuality of you separating from the company of your own accord serving of notice period shall be compulsory unless the Company after due consideration agrees accept payment in lieu of notice period.
I was asked to leave same day I resigned because of an conflict
In my resignation I asked for one month notice period however they relieved me in haste w/o giving the dues ( salary of 19 days and one month salary in lieu of notice and immediate relieving by Company
Please advise the action I can take and the relevant legal clauses that protect my rights
What are the terms of use and privacy policy?
I have agreed but could not find them on portal
