RWA forcing for membership or pay fees for RFID car sticker

Hello, I am a resident of Paramount Symphony Society in Crossings Republik, Ghaziabad. I have been duly paying the society maintenance charges and have been alloted a parking sticker by the builder at the time of purchasing of the flat. Now, an RWA has been formed and they claim that the handover from the builder is in process. Recently, they have installed RFID barriers for car entries and are claiming that old parking stickers would be invalid. All residents must either be RWA members (and pay a membership fee) to get free RFID sticker or pay Rs. 450/- for RFID car sticker in case not a member of RWA. I don't want to be a member of the RWA nor do I want to pay unnecessary Rs. 450/- for RFID sticker. My questions are - 1) Is is mandatory to be RWA member as an owner of a flat purchased from the builder? I do not wish to take part in general body elections and am duly paying the maintenance fee which is required to run the society. 2) How can they force me to either become a member of RWA by paying a fee or pay Rs. 450/- for RFID sticker when I have been allotted a car parking by virtue of owning a flat? 3) Why is RFID fee not included in the maintenance fee? 4) What can I do if they stop my car from entering the building without RFID? Can I call the police? Although it looks like a trivial issue, I am under tremendous mental harassment because I find these RFID charges exorbitant. Please help me. Thanks, Rajat.
