Notice Period

I have joined a company on 9th March 2022. I am not psychologically well. Having toxic environment in the team which is impacting my mental health and I am having panick attack everyday. I don’t feel to speak with anyone and crying everyday. I already had a failed IVF and I am going for another cycle. Due to this I have visited a psychiatrist and dr has advised me to leave the job immediately. I don’t want experience letter as I have not completed 2 months in the job, I just want to leave the company. Will there be any issues if I dont serve notice period? My offer letter says : a.
