Regarding the ground floor parking

Respected sir, We own a 3 BHK in a township and have paid comparatively more than the 1st and 2nd floor apartment owners which was as required by the housing department itself. The ground floor apartment was expensive than the other two apartments. Since my family owns a sedan, the parking has been a issue. We are the owners and the rest are tenants in the block. We park the car adjacent to our front balcony /garden on the ground floor as it as once parked perpendicularly and since there’s an active road in front of our apartment, the car was hit and damaged by some other vehicle due to which we suffered damage so we started parking in the adjacent manner in right in front of our garden. The rest tenants have hatchbacks for the vehicle respectively due to which they can actually park perpendicularly without a problem But due to our parking there was only one place left to park. And now tenants are purposely creating a nuisance and damaging the vehicle. It’s our prime concern to understand how to resolve this. If we start parking perpendicularly then half of the car would be on the road which is almost active all the time and hence we will suffer the damage. The committee of the society is not helping and tenants are causing too much of nuisance to handle. Sir since we paid 2.5 lacs more than the other floors just for the ground floor, is there any thing which can be done to protect the parking space as well as to get rid of the nuisance created by the tenants. Thankyou so much.
