Ranking related to mpsc merit list

Hello Sir, I am a selected candidate for civil engineering services mpsc 2019 (advertisement date) with 31st rank. Issue: I have secured 335 total marks(Mains examination and interview) and 2 other candidates have received the same marks. The final result was out in 2022.But the result for posting or designation is yet to be out as per the ranks of the candidates. Now as per MPSC circular feb.2016 (general instruction) 2019 mpsc exams were conducted until new circular was given in 2021 MPSC(2019 advertisement) prelims and mains exam already were conducted in 2019 and 2020 while its interview was conducted in 2022. Now results were out in 2022 but they were declared as per new circular of 2021 mpsc of general instructions. Main Problem: 2016 feb circular mpsc: Students with same marks, post graduation or students with higher degree was given higher rank. 2021 circular mpsc: students with same marks, marks obtained in mpsc mains examination is given higher rank. My question : I gave examination as per 2019 mpsc advertisement notification where 2016 general instruction of mpsc rules were followed , due to mpsc lateness our interview were taken late and results were out now in 2022 but we have already filled exam form as per rules at time of 2019 advertisement which was according to 2016 feb. mpsc general instructions. MPSC displayed results as per 2021 general instruction circular. Can I challenged the result in court as my rank is going to be improved by 2 if it was as per 2016 mpsc circular as its not my mistake that exam result is out after 4 years when a new circular decreases my rank.
