Agreement for common passage

Let A,B,C,D,E did an agreement for walking in a common passage connecting to public road and this agreement stated that this would be followed by their childrens' and future generations . A & B had only this common passage as an exit point from their houses. The common passage was constructed by contributing some private land of C,D and E. B then bought a part of land from other side of his house which is connected to public road that helped him to have 2nd exit option. Let, "S &W" be the son and wife of A. 'A' legally transferred his property in the name of his son 'S'. And the private land which 'C' owned that was included in making some part of common passage(mentioned above in the agreement), was legally transferred to 'W'. Due to some disputes and harassment by 'B' and his family on 'W' can 'W' stop 'B' from using that common passage by making a gate on her private property that had a part in common passage? Note- The gate will stop only 'B' but 'S,D & E' won't be affected. 'B' has its own private 2nd exit option that is used by him and his family everyday. But still according to the agreement he demands to have the 1st exit option to continue.
