Non payment of provident fund and cosequences under criminal laws

I took Volountry retirement from services from a Navratna CPSU, The Company made me to pay 6 months licence fees for Staying in their Flat and now denying to stop the payment of Provident fund till the flat is vaccated. They are also not Taking any inspection or survey the premises so that NO DUES certificate is issued and no illegal dedeuction is made either from provident Fund or otherwise. Further, they now seek to recover Performance Related Pay of past years paid for excellant and good services rendered by me on the guise of mistaken calculations done to arrive at the PRP figures based on CAG comments, though Administrative Ministry has not issued any direction.in this regard followings are my question: 1. I have filed police complaint u/s 14 of the EPF act along with other cognizable offences like CBT, Cheating , etc. I have filed complaint with National and State Human Rights council.Will it be in aposition to grant me any relief?please see section 12 of the Act. 3 Can I file a case for obtaining injunction against disposition from the flat till settlement of all dues i have obtained vigilence clearence a
