Caste certificate

On 7 July 2020 haryana govt issue a notifications and add gadaria caste in schedule caste by saying that gadaria caste is synonym of sansi caste which is already a notified schedule caste in Constitution order 1950 . Gadaria is sub caste of sansi caste say haryana government. After this notifications peoples of gadaria community made his schedule caste certificate but on 10 August 2020 a person filed a petition against this notifications in Punjab and haryana high court and said that state government have no power to include any caste in schedule caste under article 341 , only president by notifications or parliament by law can include or exclude any caste in schedule caste so after hearing high court stay the notifications of haryana government on 10 August 2020 . But person from this caste who got his schedule caste certificate on the basisi of this notifications apply for government job after 10 August 2020 means after stay because he has a schedule caste certificate or he has a reason also that high court only stay the notifications not quashed and now this person selected for govt job under reserve category but if in future notifications will be quashed by high court then what will be with the candidate job, will he safe, if yes then under which category schedule caste or his previous caste that was before notifications.
