I am absconding from office now
As per offer, joining and company policy it's 5 days a week to work. But after joining it was informed TM need to work 6 days a week. For questioning that company mentions you need to work 6 days until I provide complete demo as per company standards which was not mentioned earlier (I don't know what is company standards). When I ask this to manger, he started showing faces, later on the floor he mentioned I have attitude, I don't want her in my team, I am fighting for small things. Management supports Manager because of small company. My supporting HR was terminated today.
Currently, I have been working in the company for 2 1/2 months for 6 days a week and I have 1 year bond. I do not want to go to office because of bad vibes on floor and bad treatment. I have sent my resignation they declined. I have absconded now.
1. Is the bond legal and valid here?
2. I don't trust the company now because after someone joins they want to terminate me after I provide training. Also, because of above words on floor.
3. Now I have new offer which I need to join in 3 weeks
I don't need service letter nor anything from company. Company planning to send legal notice to me. What will be my impact ? Will this impact my new job with new employer.
