Issuing of Leaving certificate or attendence certificate

My children(twin daughters) is studying in JRKG little millennium private preschool with day care since 3 years.We both are working parents,doctors. Children of such age have suffered tremendously adapting to new methods of teaching and curriculum independantly at home. Now when govt of gujarat has been given permission for fully offline classes still they are not starting at regular basis They are been called just as formality purpose for 1.30 hour in which this 2 years back log will not be covered. As full fees of this academic year is paid,they are not responsing to the demands of parents regarding regular 3 hours time for offline class. Hence i gave them 2nd option that if they are not ready to start school for three hours and cover up the back log please give us 1 month fees back and give us transfer certificate or attendance certificate which my child did online (i.e 10 months) for evidence purpose that my child has attended JrKg. But school denies to issue any certificate.They are saying if you drop out we wont give you any certificate from school. So they are creating a forceful condition in which we have to make our child continue to study there itself and no changes in time pattern or teaching pattern. Please help
