Regarding obc non creamy layer certificate

Hello sir, I am 31 year old married women, UPSC aspirant, 2022 is my last attempt according to the General /OBC Creamy layer candidate. My father was teacher in Govt inter college. I belong to obc non creamy layer before marriage and I have that certificate, from my father side , my husband is working in BSNL as SDO, AGRA.. Presently I live in Agra with my husband in my own house,.....last year I applied for OBC NCL certificate...but in tehseel they provided me a certificate with my husband name, not mentioned father's name... though they made that certificate on behalf of my father's side certificate.... I want age relaxation in 2023 but problem is how to get OBC non creamy layer certificate, with my father's name?...this year I applied for central govt OBC NCL certificate but they also saying that "the certificate will have the name of your either husband or both ( husband and father)....they clearly said that we can not provide you certificate having the name of you father only ( on the basis of last year state cast certificate).....what should I need to do?... please guide sir....please mention if I need to apply for certificate at my father's place (Etah).... I just want age relaxation to appear in upsc CSE exam.....i started my preparation late i appeared only once 2022 is my second attempt...... Thank you sir...
