Recovery agents took my bike without notice for 2 month end EMI

Saturday 12.02.22 morning 10.30. My friend took my scooter to drink tea @ mehdipatnam two men came and claimed that they recovery agents and take keys from him forcibly then he call me i rush to the spot. I Spoke to him that bank didn't send me notification about seizing of vehicle. I called to the bank executive and said that about. He say I can't do anything. at that time other agent start my scooter and took off. Agent at present tell me that if u want ur scooter clear the due call me come pillar no. 142 Attapur with two thousand rupees I will give u your scooter back and said I can't pay today give me some time and he gone.at afternoon executive call me and say u have to pay 7137 + 3500 bribery for not letting scooter to the bank . The day they seized the scooter was bank holiday and again is sunday. On Sunday bank executive again call me said that have u arrange the money today is ur scooter will be surrendered to the bank and i said I can't pay the full amount today I have only 5000 and he like ok arrange the remaining amount I will call u later on Monday 14.2.22 he call me and again he say today ur scooter will be handover to the bank they will charge u around 7000 and i say clear my loan amount atleast he say no so i go to the bank pay the clear due and i asked bank person about is there any seizing is seeing in my profile he say no I clear the loan amount and i call him and said I want my scooter back and he's like why you pay the amount without notify me i will show u now you're thinking that you are smart how u will get that scooter back I will see then I call manager and he didn't response after 5 minutes he call me and say how u pay the bill u have to now pay the seizing charges + other charges and I say my loan amount is clear there is no mention of seizing of vehicle and he say come office tomorrow... What I do now please give me right path
