Recover money

Three years ago, I gave money to my friend of 25,000 rupees during the pandemic. Every time I asked her, she talked about some personal problems and couldn't return the amount that she borrowed. Please be patient for a few months. So I waited for the time she said it and asked again and she always has some reason. After that she started not answering my calls. When I went to her house and met her in person, she still said the same thing and said she was trying to sell her land for repay. When I asked why she didn't answer her calls, she said her cell phone wasn't working and gave her husband's and her daughter's cell phone numbers. Whenever I calls her husband, he either doesn't answer the phone or speaks rudely and hangs up. Her daughter works as a school teacher but her daughter initially she responded and told her mother that she would hear back from her and wait a few days. I will talk to my mother and tell her to come see me. Later she either doesn't answer my calls at all or drops my calls without picking. One evening I went to her house. Luckily she, her husband and daughter were all in. So i asked her and explained all day what happened when i tried to contact you and now i came to see you too. when will you give me my money back, She started saying that I have no money now. And she told me that I tortured her just because I demanded to repay the money. I was utterly disappointed and lost hope. Then later found out she did the same thing to some of my friends too for bigger amount. So here I mentioned the problem. I am a strong believer in the law and need your suggestions. She, her husband, and daughter were all involved in this type of deception of those who trusted them. I want to take action. Please tell me how many cases I can file against this family. There is no agreement / cheque of money which I gave her. However, as I have phone recordings and video evidence that she agreed to borrowed money from me, did not pay it back for 3 years and rudely spoke to me. I hope these evidence is helpful But everyone wants to punish and get my money back. Please guide me and Thanks for the suggestions in advance.
