Salary Compensation

On 23rd Nov I got a call from Strivik Business Solution Pvt Ltd for the job role of Business Consultant and I was informed that it is not going to be a sales job or target base job. The Job Description which I got was completely different from the work which we were doing. On 24th Nov my interview happened with the Director of the company, and I again asked that is it going to be a target base job he said no and told me that it is going to be fieldwork. On 25th Nov I joined the company as a Business consultant. After 4 days they start pressurizing me to get clients. Initially, I didn't have a problem with traveling because when I joined other business consultants were having 2-3 meetings in a week. Day after day they start pressurizing me to get clients. They gave a target of getting 3 clients a day. I was able to get 7 meetings in 20 days. We had to travel to different parts of Mumbai, and due to such type of traveling, I was facing health issues. The same problem was faced by another business consultant also. We used to reach home by 9:00 pm even if the office hours were from 10:00 - 6:30 pm. I was not able to handle the pressure from the job with this type of traveling. Both my physical and mental health was affected. They used to give a lot of work which not possible to complete in-office hours so I even used to work at home after coming from the workplace. After 18 days I told them that I am not able to handle the stress and my health is deteriorating. I request them to compensate for the work I have done and also pay for traveling expenses I spend while visiting clients. I also asked them how many days I had to serve the notice period. they told me not to serve notice period and directly resign. The Director also told me that I will be paid for the work I have done even if HR doesn't pay. When I talked with HR she told me we are not liable to pay for 20 days and in fact, you have to pay us 3 months salary because we have spent so much on your training. But, most of the time we used to be on calls or on the field to get clients. After a few days of leaving the company, I went to meet the Director and request him to compensate me my salary of RS 16000 (24000 Monthly CTC) and RS 2328 for traveling expenses. He weasels out by saying that I never told him I will pay your salary. He also blames me that I didn't serve a notice period and directly resigning. He blamed me for the other 2 consultants also who left the company for the same reason. I didn't sign any agreement also that I will not be paid if I leave the job after a certain period of time. Am I eligible for compensation, and do I really need to pay a 3-month salary to them?
