Racism, Mental Harassment & Termination without any notice

Regarding company idea: started working with US based IT company name Cocolevio Inc. in February 2021. At start they use to run payroll through 3rd party vendor and but from August onwards they CEO registered his own Cocolevio India LLP with the help of one India employee without visiting India. Issue: I received fulltime offer back in October from some company, but Cocolevio promised me with job security and with counter offer to continue working with them. But, in January I got a call from US HR Director on company teams app that now you no more with Cocolevio and then they blocked my access from company email and apps assigned to me. Question: Which is the best way to file complaint against Cocolevio CEO?, Who is US Citizen. CEO, has used India citizen when in need and now not even responding. Fraud promise, termination without notice during this pandemic. CEO & HR Director US behaved like racist against indians. I really need to let such people know, that what we called respect.
