Agri land dispute of compensation/evacuation against encroachment

I have a agri land dispute wherein the 1.5 acres of our land has been encroached by the lambanis to build the houses. Earlier it was in my father's custody who was lured by them and local Grama Panchayath for allowing them to build the houses and to get the compensation later. But he never got the compensation and hence filed a case for compensation against the Karnataka Government. My father never gave a written or verbal statement that he will let go the property for free. It was always against compensation. There has been 3 court cases at district courts in last 2 decades one after the other and there has been no justice done to us. The verdicts were not in our favour and compensation has been denied. We four brothers had the property partition an year back and this piece of disputed land of 1.5 acres is in my custody now. Whatever happened in the past was with my father and I never knew of it. I came to know about the dispute during our partition only. I am the legal owner of the said property and would like to get hold of the posession of my property, and hence need the evacuation. Pls suggest what is the way forward? Should I file a fresh case OR writ petition OR Mandatory injection for evacuation in High Court?
