Not accepting my resignation

Not accepting my resignation although I am ready to pay the bond amount and also ready to serve the notice period. It's been more than 15 days. Please guide me what should I do Or what should I write in my next mail. I have paste the mail. "After thinking hard I regret to inform you that I have come to decision of resign from my position of Executive at Instrumentation and control solutions with my last day of employment being 26th Feb 2022, in accordance with the notice period in my employment contract. And also as we both know that I have signed a bond and I’m aware of clause and ready to pay for it. Kindly let me know how to transfer the sum amount of 30000/- of bond which I have signed at the time of joining with the bank details to send it. Thank you for the opportunity to work in this position for the past 1.7 years. I've loved working here and am really grateful for the opportunity to grow and progress in my career. It's now time for me to take the next step and move onto a journey in my life. I'll make sure to wrap up my responsibilities before leaving."
