Internship bond

Hi sir, I worked in an company as intern by signing a bond through online..I had to work in that company for 9 months as intern and then based on performance they said they will convert to full time..I didn't get any development in that company and at that time my family was in financial and medical struggles and I was getting 10k as stipend meanwhile I got an opportunity to attend an interview in top MNc and I got placed in that...my joining for that comapany was Aug 2021 in the same month there was an emergency medical situation in home so I took leave from the Internship company...at thr same time aftr few days in aug end I got joining date from MNC as aug last...I joined that MNC while I was in leave in that prev company and I finally said I will quit from internship in September...they didn't agree and they wanted me to pay amt 2Lakhs...I said I cant and I attached all medicals bills of my whole family they didn't accept and finally one day they asked me to return laptop and they disabled my mail...I have sent the assets also to them..they acknowledge it...again now after 3 months they are calling and blackmailing me to pay amount or they will send legal notice as I worked in that MNC...in prev company I was an intern and worked for 3 months only..no PF account was created and no development for my career...will this affect my career in the MNC? Please help
