How Can I get rid of TCS who is forcing me to serve notice period

First things first, I'm a 2021 graduate who used to work as a QA engineer in some X company (Not MNC) for 3.6 LPA. After 4 months I got offer from TCS (3.36 LPA) and I immediately resigned my job by clearing the Bond breakage & Notice period shortfall in X company. And on 1st Oct,2021 I joined TCS didn't regret for coming down in my salary point of view. But the main reason that forced me to join TCS is that they promised me that they would put me in a Development role. First couple of months the training was done on good Development topics. But after that they forced me and put me in a support role where I need to solve incidents. Immediately even before starting my Project (DEC 1st as mentioned by lead), I raised my resignation on Nov 25th itself. I even asked my manager regarding this and asked him to put me in some other role than support. He said we cannot change for 1 year once you are assigned to some project and he never tried to understand me even. And the Business related HR's never used to respond to my queries and at last they used to Call on teams with manager in it and used to threaten me saying that I'm harassing them. At the end they accepted my resignation and after few tries of explanation of my disinterest towards serving notice period they still forced me to do. On Jan 5th which is 42nd day of my notice (almost 50%) I said that I'm no more interested to work and will be happy to buyout the remaining shortfall of notice. But still they didn't allow and still forcing me to do all remaining. So, then I strictly said to the team that I'm not going to work from today. And I'm even trying to abscond from company by returning their asset (laptop). I got a better opportunity after all this .. and I accepted their offer, they understood my situation and even extended my joining date for 1 more month. Can someone please help me with this?
