Forcing me for serve notice period or pay money
Dear Sir or Mam,
I have given resignation on 01/01/2022 and mentioned that 01/01/2022 is my last working day and kept the laptop on my desk and take pics with time that I have left the laptop in the office and same has been checked by security.
I don't need reliving and experience letter since they have already harassed me mentally, sexually and personal that's why I don't want to go one more single day and I don't have money to pay for them.
Below is the term of employment,
NOTICE PERIOD: Your services are liable for termination on giving you one months
notice per year of service or part thereof subject to maximum of three months or
salary in lieu thereof without assigning any reason. Similarly, you will be at liberty
to resign from the services of the company after giving one months notice per year
of service or part thereof subject to a maximum of three months in writing to the
company. Alternatively salary in lieu of the aforesaid notice period may be given
by either party, is agreed upon mutually.
Can they legally force me to serve notice or pay money
