Relieving letter issue

I joined the bank after my transfer on 01.12.2021 and due to minor health issues after asking manager I come back home. on 06.12.2021 I received call whether I am coming or not I told him that I want to resign due to some issues immediately. He told me to mail the resignation. I mailed the resignation and also talked with HR. They told me to wait till clearance come from HO. On same day Manager issued a notice to me for going on unauthorised leave. I called him that what should I do regarding this. He said that nothing need to be done as you are already resigning. Then on 13.12.2021 I received call from them to join branch and give resignation there by hand then only they will accept it. On 18.12.2021 I went and give my resignation by hand. On 20.12.2021 they called me to write a letter to authorise them to debit the bond amount and 3 months salary which I wrote and on 21.12.2021 they debited the amount of bond and on 23.12.2021 they debited the 3 months salary. On 30.12.2021 they took my exit interview and said that your way was not right of giving resignation. I apologise and told them about my personal issue otherwise I would have serve notice period. But I am afraid that they might abscond me... Because they are not giving me relieving letter till now..
