Is son / daughter liable to pay deceased father's land debt

My uncle put surety signature for another person X and that guy took the money from bank and absconded, so the bank filed a civil case against my uncle and attached his land (4 acres). Recently court seized X person property on 2015 and my uncle taught that case has been closed as he didnot receive court notice and any indications from court till 2020. Last year uncle passed away and his son tried to acquire his property. However he identified my uncle's name is still in the case so he cannot sell or transfer the property. Note: My uncle did not transfer his property to his son / daughter. My questions are: please provide your suggestions which will be really helpful to handle this situation. 1) Will the court seizes my uncle property? 2) If court seizes, example land value is 20 L , debt is 50 L, will my uncle's son or uncle's wife pays remaining 30 L from their personal earnings. 3) Will the court seizes my uncle's son property for the remaining debt. 4) My uncle's son is trying to do appeal in order to remove his name from the case. How long this case will go on? 5) if we do not go for appeal to remove his name, will there be any problem in the future except property cannot be sold / transferred. 6) My uncle's daughter is in abroad, what kind of documents does she need to provide for the appeal.
