Termination from job
I was working for a Denmark based pharmaceutical organisation in Varanasi India. I joined that organisation on 2 may 2018 and I was a permanent and confirmed employee. My was a sales employee (medical Representative). I have to promote my company brand to the doctors. On 19 October 2020 I physically meet with dr. Ashwani kumar Tandon but by Mistake I submitted the report of Dr Ashwani kumar Jain in place of Dr Ashwani kumar Tandon.
On this same issue company issued me a show cause notice and terminated my services.
Dr Ashwani kumar Tandon also given me a consent written latter for my meeting with him on 19 October 2020.
1. My company issued me a show cause notice on 12 January 2021 and I filled my answer of that show cause notice on 15 January 2021.
2. At 22 February 2021 company terminated my services without any notice, domestic inquiry and charge sheet.
3. When I submitted the proofs (consent latter of Dr Ashwani kumar Tandon) related to my termination on 24 February 2021 then again company issued me a second termination latter on 1 March 2021.
4. The point mentioned in modified second termination latter company never reported that all points in show cause notice.
Please help me my case is filled in labour court.
I am so much confused weather I have to continue my case or not.
