Change of date of birth

Sir, My daughter's birth place is Mandigobindgarh Distt.Fathehgarh saheb Punjab. I was working in Private company. My daughter Passport issued from Kolkata with Punjab POB and DOB- 03.03.2002. When passport was issued My daughter was MINOR.(Single girl child) Later on I have been transferred to Tadipatri Plant Distt. Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh by the same company. Anantapur is a backward District of Andhra Pradesh. I am residing at Anantapur for my Single girl child's education. When I was transferred to Andhra Pradesh My daughter passed Class V and we are seeking admission in Class VI. At that time there was no CBSC syllabus school at Anantapur Except Kendriya Vidyalaya. Local syllabus school study of Local language Telegu is must. My daughter don't know Telegu , for her learning Telegu at class VI is big difficulty But at Kendrya Vidyalaya there also principle is not ready to admit her because of age bar. Principal advise us to give a affidevit for with 11 days older DOB. Actual BOD 03.03.2002 new DOB 20.02.2002 At time I don't have any choice but to prepare a affidavit with new BOD. Now all school and board exam documents have DOB 20.02.2002. My issue is I want change my Daughter's Passport with new DOB 20.02.2002.Can it be possible ,if yes then what is the procedure. My question is as per above situation can I change my daughter's DOB on passport
