Guidance

Legal Adviser Folks, I need guidance. The story starts here. In July month, I've got a job opportunity (Contractual Employee) under a third party (named it as A) for a different client company (named it as B). Unfortunately, I was on a bench till today. I have received a partial salary because of the billable code policy. I've received a salary (July - 13 Days, Aug - 20 Days & Oct - 12 Days) because the timesheet got approved). I didn't receive the payment of August 11 days + September 30 days + October 19 days due to no timesheet approved or no billable code. The current payroll company notice period is of 2 months mentioned in an offer letter. I try to seek my pending payments they told me they will release within 2-3 months after multiple follow-ups with the payroll company. Client Company re-onboarded me in the October third week and again there was no work from October 20 to yesterday. From July 19 - August 20 I was under the Project but no work. The project got canceled on August 20 and there after I was on the bench till Oct-19. So I thought to try to find a new opportunity & not waste precious time. Luckily I got a permanent job offer in an MNC. Unfortunately today my client company manager asks for details of mine to give the new VM to me & to start working on the new assignments. Am feeling nervous to deal with the three parties now (Current Payroll company, Current Client company & new offer letter one company). My goal is to win from this situation. Come out from the current payroll company, seek relieving letter and experience letter from them. Joined new MNC within a month. Get this month's salary (am worried whether the client company manager approves my timesheet or not if I send a resignation letter). I'm worried & overthinking. Guide me.
