Labour demands Notice Received

I have received the below demands in a notice to be fullfilled by the employer. Please help me with which is applicable and which we can make an settlement as per the rules by Govt of India? 1 Basic Pay shall be 18000/- 2 Regularized and issue appointment letter 3 Fixation of DA maybe paid from time to time 4 Increment of @15% per annum on 1st January every year 5 HRA should be @25% of basic wages 6 Other allowances shall be @50% of the basic pay 7 Bonus shall be @15% of the basic + DA per annum 8 site incentive shall be paid in lieu of site bouns @9% 9 Shall be covered with EPF, ESI facilities and Insurance facilities. 10 Statutory payment shall be extended to workers. 11 18 days Holiday per year 12 Casual Leave- 15 days 13 Earned leave @30 days per annum and unaviled earned leave will be carry forwarded 14 18 days Medical leave will be provided to workers 15 The Settlement from 01.01.2019 16 The workers shall be covered under national pension scheme 17 The company will provide 3 pair of full shirt, full pant, 1nos of shoes and 3 pair shocks, 1nos of winter garment and protective equipment Please help me in this.
