Correction in father and mother name

Hi The cbse made a mistake while printing my 10th final marksheet and spell my father name Dharmbir instead of dharambir and only write first name of my mother..It was good till I recieved my 12th class marksheet,in that my father name is corrected spelling Dharambir and my mother name is full(first name and last name ).As i started applying for job i came to know that without having same name i am not eligible for job . So,i started the procedure for correction of my father and mother name but first my school not helped me for several months and now cbse is giving several excuses and after 6 months now saying you have to start the procedure again from begining and first published these correction name in gazette of India....It's been more tha a year since i have been started all this and 8 months of roaming in cbse office and they are not giving answers properly ,not providing me with details as what to do evertime they come with different answers. Sometimes they say that i have to first attest the documents by principle and then publish in gazette ,sometimes they say i just have to published in gazette ,sometimes to publish in 2 newspaper sometimes 1.I am very tired of all this scene that just created from the mistake of cbse . Is there anyone whom i can complain about cbse office and how i can resolve this quickly.Thank you
