Work experience and Relieving Letter
There is a lot of premises on the issue:
1. The previous employer (a NGO who hired be for one of the CSR projects) did not pay us for nearly 3 months (2 months 3 weeks) and when questioned we didn't receive any satisfactory reply- only saying they are trying there best as the CSR company was facing some issues in the accounts dept.
2. Prior to this, we received our salary for the month of May- June in August.
3. Hence, we all decided to not go on work until we received the pending amount. Although, I was the one most approachable for the rest of the team, I did bring them to one place to talk about it, where everyone kept their views and then decided to continue the strike as a strong response for repeated delays.
4. The strike only went ahead for 2 days because we received a reply from a project coordinator that the company promised to send our payments within the next week (which actually took 15 days in reality). Respecting him & and the limited amount for sustaence we had (as many were outstation) we decided to continue the work but in only one particular area (sector in Noida)
5. The projector coordinator and other staffs didn't like this step of ours. However, we did resume work with full devotion and dedication.
6. With further delays, other members in the team approached each other and decided not to send the corresponding data required until we receive the salary or get a solid confirmation (We supported each other as a team again)
7. In the process, I got a job somewhere else and resigned in a very short period. However, the organisation did not have any notice period to be served.
8. They promised that on submitting all documents I have worked on and after 2-3 weeks from my leaving date, they will get me the work ex letter and relieving letter.
9. Now after a month, they don't receive calls or reply to mail, because they blame me for the whole scenario caused regarding salary and strike issue.
10. Total work experience was only for 4 months 10 days roughly. I don't want my present organisation to know all this because they will think me to be a bad choice for them.
11. There were many who took this decision together (strike) but the whole blame came on me.
What's the best way to get the concerned letters without creating much drama
