How to dissolve partnership put. ltd company?

My husband and his three other friends opened a partnership company in 2014. At that time one was almost a sleeping partner as he was in job, amongst two others one was actively participating with my husband for almost 4-5 years till the project ends. At the end of the all 4 of them got equal profit. Then in their second project two of them were asked to contribute money for investment for which they refused n gave their consent for the work on the plea that they won’t be taking any profit or loss. problem arises when loan is to be taken bcos if any of the partners hv taken the loan , company’s loan is stuck.in the past 7 yrs a good no. of credentials has been made on this company’s name. If we dissolve or divide the company, can my husband get part of the credentials or Complete credentials so that he can get tender by showing those credentials. These r imp for govt tenders. He has worked very hard for the company but dissolving or dividing the company means losing all credits he has made in these 7 years.Is there any solution where the company either gets dissolved or divided but credentials remain intact or something like that? Please help
