Ilegal Termination and long working hours

HI, I used to work for a company called Healthians. Now, my wife is a cancer patient and everyone in the management knows this fact. On 24th of October this year. I left the office on time after completing my shift and then I did not report to the office for the next 2 days i.e. on 25th and 26th. On 27th I send my resignation and asked for its acceptance with immediate effect as I needed some long leaves i.e. almost 8 - 10, which was not possible to get form the company as I had taken a few leaves before. So, rather than accepting my resignation, I received a reply from the HR that my services have been terminated as I was absconding. The absconding rule of the company says that a person has to be on an unapproved or uninformed leave for 3 days to be absconded. When I retaliated they said that the resignation can not be accepted and I would not be getting my salary or dues. In the month of October they VP of the company Mr. Amitabh Hazra held my salary illegally even though I informed the company about my wife's hospitalization on the same day when she got hospitalized. They tough I might be leaving the job and the salary was on hold till 20th of October, which should be given to me on 7th of October. Due tot his unlawful decision of Mr. Hazra, I had suffered a lot. I was not able to pay my rent, my credit card and loan dues on time and I was charged late fee along with the interest penalty, which is absolutely unlawful and illegal. I had worked for almost 14 Hours of shift almost every day in there, which is again illegal and if my daily target is not met, my weekly offs were cancelled, which is also illegal. And now when I want to resign, they are not accepting it and rather terminating me and are not ready to pay my salary and saying that I have an obligation to pay the notice period and they would deduct the same from full and final. I I would also like to inform here that it's just been over 2 months that I joined the company. I joined them on 23rd of August. A 14 hours of straight shift. Salary on Hold unnecessarily. Suffered a lot of pain and agony because of that decision. The collection agents form Bank visited my house, disrespected me for not able to pay the dues on time... The company should have compensated me for the loss of respect on the hands of Bank as Mr. VP held my salary without any reason and even after knowing the fact that I am in difficult financial situation. Please suggest what to do. I am in need of money and I want my full salary. If we just talk about the working hours on a normal day I end up doing a 12 Hours shift, some days 14 and some days a 17 Hours shift...
