Repeated Harassment from Collection Agent / Manager

Dear Madam, Sir I had taken a loan against property just a month before the pandemic for the purpose of business. Unfortunately due to the lock down my business lost capital to rent and salaries and lack of demand. I was also given an emergency credit during this period. The bank in question had rejected my application for restructuring upto 7 times before giving me a one time one year restructuring benefit for only the major loan. Mean while I had requested the bank for an extension of 'interest only' EMI on the emergency credit loan for another 12 months which was duly rejected. I have been paying the EMI towards the major loan regularly now, but have not paid the EMI on the emergency credit loan for a month now. I am being constantly harassed by the collection manager to give a date and time, for which I have told him I may not be able to give an exact date and time. He also keeps sending agents to my home as well as calls me and my mother on Sundays as well. What could I do about this as I am unable to bear the continued harassment meted out by the manager and his agents. Also by not paying a part EMI can they take posession of my property?
