Reliving OR Experience Letter

Hello I would like to ask that I served company for past 3 years. I put my resignation (Not Accepted) and served 2 months of notice of which I got salary for 1 month (Bank Statement or Salary slip) can be produced. But in mid of (20th day) of second month HR released me verbally. Then after I joined other company. and I tried following up over the phone but none picked up and then I wrote a proper email top on resignation email demanding pending doc and FNF. After that I only called them.. they picked up and said you are being absconded. I surprisingly asked how and why.. they said you never responded I said you never called, sent email, Post etc. How come would you expect me to respond when I left and not in there ? They said we emailed you .. I asked then to show me they said they will not however they can give absconding doc. I somehow managed to see the email from them but over official email address of which I had no access to. I said them if I left you by Sep 7th and email you sent on Oct 1st that too official email which is blocked since then.. I had no access if it and moreover if you are claiming me absconded you should have searched me outside (personal email or Post) IMP NOTE - Out of 2 months notice 1 month paid and they have no attendance of mine Post 10th of next month of notice. I went to office and they only said this or that circumstances happend.. what if they recorded so.? Or even though whatever recorded.... is it admissible. ? If yes then I am sure they didn't follow right procedure of absconding and in this case can I get my salary they hold and experience letter ? Let's assume if it's ever be an absconding case... shouldn't they be giving experience letter mentioning whatever reasons. (Genrally asking)
