Drivezy torchure

Hi I have taken drivezy vehicle on July 2019....untill one year it was good and great....after that once I did I payment in app...its it got an error I contacted the executive he said me to pay to his account and I paid and he extended a ride for a month, later on whenever my extension comes to end he used to call me and was extending the ride..I used to pay to this gpay number I paid up to 7500 to him....later I got a cal from drivezy to pay the amount and said that he is an fraud and they said they will clear 7500 amount and they extended my ride....has this fraud has happened for customer satisfaction they extended my ride for some months and said me to pay while dropping...it was good for 3months after that I received a call from drivezy company stating that he is an legal person I need to pay pending due or else fir will be filed in my name...so I paid 9000 again I paid to his account itself(he said that has there is an penalty we can't send link pay to my account num I will update) so I paid he extended ride...till April 17th I was extending ride in my app after April 17th i was not able to extend in app and there was an lockdown to visit branch too I contacted drivezy through mail dint got any response later I tried to call them but no response from customer care....on the month of may I got a call from the same executive who took 9000 from me...he said me too pay the amount as there was lockdown no work I dint had amount I took time....on August I paid 5000 to him and on September he said that he will file fir so I paid 2500 and the visited his office he said me to come to evening 8:30 I went there he asked me for 2cheque (one is for 9000 and one is for 2500) he took that cheque also in his name and asked me to pay on 11th of october...on that he showed in his laptop that I have pending payment of 1,22,000 rs....I got fear to pay that much amount and I was panic he said me that he will reduce all amount and gave me a final settlement on 18000 and took those cheque and he said me not to use vehicle and not to drop near company he will only come and pick the vehicle....after coming home I thinked about it and taught I may getting fooled and I cancelled the cheque payment means I stopped the cheque payment...bcoz whatever amount I paid to him he dint gave receipt for it and there is official mail from drivezy....when we called him asked how did you took Cheque in your name means he said drivezy has given authority for him he has rights to take amount..I need a time for 10more days to pay amount but he is not giving time..vehicle is with me please help me out how to deal with it plz help me out do i need to pay amount does he can take action against me
