Parking issue at residential society
Hi,
my question is that we have a private housing society with row of houses and small portion of flats with ground and 1st floor only, builder and developer has designed in section wise A,B,C,D,E. Total of 42 row of houses/flats
A & B are having covered car park inside the house, C,D,&E are using common area for Parking, during 1993 there hardly were cars with every individual ,so many clients chose to by non parking property
In 2016 Society has passed resolution and members present during general body meeting created & designated area where 3 visitor’s cars can be parked. A& B have no problem, they park inside their compound or near there gate, And occupants from C, D, &E manage to adjust in common area near their property.
Recently in one of property new tenant has occupied and has been demanding for parking, though he can adjust like other occupants do, but her forcefully is parking his vehicle in Visitors parking area. Our association is registered and have sent him a letter requesting not to park in visitors parking area, but he has been ignoring.
Kindly suggest
