Employment Bond and it's consequences
I have signed the employment bond containing the following conditions.
1. Employee wants to leave the service before completion of the 3 years from the date of joining the duties, he/she will have to pay compensations of Rs. 1,25,000/- to the Bank and also will have to repay the availed benifits of Treaning expenses.
2. Employee wants to leave the service after 3 years and before 4 years from the date of joining the duties, he/she will have to pay compensations of Rs. 80,000/- to the Bank and also will have to repay the availed benifits of Treaning expenses.
3. Employee wants to leave the service after 4 years and before 5 years from the date of joining the duties, he/she will have to pay compensations of Rs.40,000/- to the Bank and also will have to repay the availed benifits of Treaning expenses.
My questions are
1. If I terminate the bond can I legally ask for relieving letter ?
2. Does law make it as valid contract, if it doesn't speak about special / personal training?
3. Will I have to pay the bond amount even if my employer doesn't incur any costs for my training?
