Can I file a complaint against company director and also for defamation.

My name is Satyam sharma from satna , mp. I am a businessman , In Feb 2021 , I become the super stockist of a company name SSV AGRO pvt Ltd. This company is registered from UP. And it has its manufacturing unit in Indore. According to the company , company will provide ,3 salesman for marketing and company will give rs 20K per month whether sales happen or not .Company also take the deposit of rs 10 lakes. Sir first three months the company had sended rs 20k every month .the company did not send a single person for marketing , recently company had not given any single paisa from last three months .we had stamp papers of terms and conditions of company . Sir company didn't single paisa because of this I had faced harassment many times , even my father died in Aug 2021 , I request company to pay some art but they didn't. Because of this is only source of income , there are many expenses in business but I am not able to give them their payment , this is insult for me and I had faced it many times. Sir according to the company terms if anybody do not want to continue his work with company has to give the application one month before.i had did this but no steps are taken by company .sir I want my money ie 10 lacs but company is not giving any response , they are making fool of me like I had issued the cheque, the cheque will clear in mor ,eve , tomorrow etc .sir they had not given money from three months and they are also not giving my deposit at ie 10 lac .pls help me what I can do with this company so I get my money back .pls help
