Borrowed money for Business and went on Loss

In the year 2020 I had tried starting a business in the name of Rakshan Infotech. Where in I had to get a DDV ( Dialer Data and Voip for calling ) First started with a company name BPO Projects India Pvt Ltd with an investment of Rs. 50,000/- and later dus to loss and error by workers we had to stop it and moved forward to another Project for Canada process where I spent time energy and effort in working and that person made me under loss again and I Spent approx 1 Lakh there. Post that again I did not give up, and started another Project for DME ( Braces campaign for USA ) where we need to call USA clients and sell the braces through our vendor. They worked for 2 months and again went on loss and mentally got frustrated and stopped temporarily. Paid salaries to agents from hand and other losses like Voip recharges etc. Here one major investment part is from my known friend. Name is Kalaivani from Chennai. I know over small online businesses and when explained about this business she started investing for small amounts like Voip recharges and additional expenses. That is summed up to Rs. 3.7 Lakhs till now. And they know the details where and how we worked and how it went on loss. Now they are asking me to pay their total sum given in one shot which I cannot afford to pay. We verbally being partners for the project we haven't done any agreement in writing and every communication was over phone call. Now the issue is we made these transactions for 2 years and my friend asks me to pay all her investment made in one shot which I cannot afford. And threatening that they will file a Police complaint against me, I will pay for their investment but not immediately. I need time and will give them.
