In absence of adaption deed.

Hello, I am facing a unique situation. I am from Assam, during the period of 1982 to 1983 there was severe ethnic violence in Assam. For my safety my parent sent to my uncle in Agartala Tripura, then I was 7 years old. I was admitted to KV Kunjaban where my uncle was working. I am not sure if Adoption deed is made or not. My Uncle was my Guardian. His name came in my Class X certificate as my fathers name. Based on my Class X document that I have made all my documents (PAN Passport etc) and father's is uncles name. No my father and my Uncle is NO more. Now as you know there was NRC in Assam. After lot of search I am able trace my Birth Certificate. Based on that NRC was updated. Now in NRC document and AADHAR my father is my Biological fathers name. But in other documents passport and PAN my father's name is Uncle name based on Class X document. I am not sure if Adoption deed is made or not so there is NO adaption deed. Now I am 45 years old. What Civil court procedure I need to do make all document in name Biological Father's name. Since uncle is dead , my Aunt told she they donot have Adoption deed, now I am facing lot of problem due to this mismatch. Please advice!
