Breaking an employment bond signed with company
Hi,
I have joined a company since march 2021, and as considered to be a fresher have signed a contract/agreement for two years on stamp paper stating that if I leave the company or break the bond then I will have to pay rupees 2 Lakh as penalty, also considering me as trainee the amount is assumed to be expense of training period company is taking.
Since march till date no training is provided on the other hand was not allowed in office as original ID was not made for two months as client was not allowing freshers which was later made. Although salary was received but basic salary is only rupees 10000 which goes 1.2LPA. I am an Master graduate an that's not acceptable as market standards.
Now having offer in hand with good package I want to leave the company as early as possible. I will not get experience certificate if I abscond also if I am applying for resignationg I will have to serve 30 Days notice period but before submitting for resignation I need to handover the cheque.
As of now I am not in condition to pay the amount also as for other company i need to relocate and pay other expenses too. It has been a very critical situation for me and need to make decision immediately as other company is waiting for response.
