Pay Protection

Recently I have joined in an Autonomous Institute (Govt.of India) as an Assistant Registrar in the Pay level -10 on 05/04/2021. Previous services details are as below: • This is to inform you that before Present , I had worked with another Autonomous Institute Under Ministry of Education, from 27/10/2014 to 26/10/2018 and 14/12/2018 to 04/04/2021 as an Assistant Registrar on Contract in regular Pay(Level-10 cell-5) against sanction post (promotional post).I had selected in against open all India advertisement through direct recruitment. • My pay scale in Last organization was level-10,Cell-6 (last working day-04/04/2021). • During the above mentioned period I had availed six fresh LTC with 2 EL encashment. Similarly, I want to highlight that after selection as an Assistant Registrar (Academic) at present organization ,I have relieved from last organization on 04/04/2021 and joined present organization on 05/04/2021. • The above information had already mentioned in my services book which has been transferred from previous organization to existing organization based on the request of existing organization. Present Services details: • Presently working as an Assistant Registrar (Academic) at an autonomous organisation from 05/04/2021 in the pay level-10 cell-1.I have selected through directed recruitment. • At the time of joining in existing organization,I have submitted relieving order & last pay certificate as per the Govt.of India format • My service book has been transferred to present organisation. • In my present organization I am not getting pay protection till date and my previous services also not considered. My query is that weather I am eligible for pay protection as I have moved from level -10 to level -10.
