The senior officers of Franchisor company not responding over call emails to resolve ongoing dispute

We had taken a franchisee from big reputed company for exclusive distribution of goods on retail basis in specified vicinity. The company abruptly stopped supply of goods without any pre intimation, saying that your outstanding is high, please clear the dues to resume your supply. We connected with our ABMs for the same and stated that our outstanding is not HIgh & very well in normal credit lines say 5-6 Lakhs max. and that too is pending because accounts are not reconciled. So resume the supply even if on advance payment basis for future supplies till the time the accounts are settled. initially they told to resume the supply but later on they struck on point that first make ZERO Outstanding and then only supply will be done on advance basis. We have tried multiple time to discuss the matter with the seniors to top most level, but no body is responding neither on calls, whatsapp or emails . We have email threads of almost 20 emails for discussing the matter with us once, or request for meeting but no body is responding. We sent an representation letter in writing to the management specifying our issues with the company and problems with faced and request for future supply on advance basis till the time we discuss the matter and close previous outstanding. but still there has been no response. Our business has greatly been impacted due to exclusive non supply of goods from company side, and we have lost many customers along with now there is a question on viability of the business. its been 7-8 months since we have associated with the company.
