During probation period, After accepted my resignation letter, Company can reduced my Notice period?

Hello sir, During my Probation period, I served my notice period and same it is accepted by my manager and HR. HR sent a mail on my personal mail id (12th Aug 2021) that as per notice period, my last working day will be on 1st of Nov 2021 but I didn't check my mail and forgot to acknowledge and later company again sent a mail on (17th of Aug 2021) top of my Resignation Acceptance Letter that my notice period will be on 9th Aug 2021 because Reporting manager is not allocating any task But in the appointment letter, it's mentioned, Your Notice period during probation will not be more than two weeks by the company and at least 3 months from your end. Even In my Zing Hr portal, It is reflecting, 1st of November 2021. Even the company is not ready to pay a compensation amount for early release and I don't have any JOBS in my hand. In that case, what I can do? My Microsoft Team and Outlook got disabled without further communication with me. But, As per JIRA issues, Currently, I'm working for this company. I'm attaching here, a written communication that I received from the company end. ----------------------------------------------------1ST MAIL (12th AUG 2021) ---------------------------------------------- Dear Aditya,   Your resignation has been accepted your last working day will be on  06th August 2021. Relieving formalities will be done according to company policies. Below details for your understanding:  Date of resignation : 04th August 2021. Acceptance of LWD received from RM : 06th August 2021. Notice period recovery – Applicable. Resignation initiated 04th August,2021 . Last working day as per 90 days of Notice period completion-01st Nov,21 Number of days you have completed-2. Remaining days to complete- 88 days. Relieving letter and F&F Statement will be provided, once the Notice Period recovery amount received from your end. ---------------------------------------------------- Later I received 2nd mail (19th AUG 2021) -------------------------- Dear Aditya,   Your resignation has been accepted your last working day will be on  09th August 2021. Relieving formalities will be done according to company policies.  Below details for your understanding: Date of resignation : 04th August 2021. Acceptance of LWD received from RM : 09th August 2021. Notice period recovery –Not Applicable. Resignation initiated 04th August,2021 . No task is aligned from Reporting Manger. Relieving letter and F&F Statement will be provided, once the Notice Period recovery amount received from your end. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Due to character limitations, I have mentioned Important info that I received from Company Side.
